Avcorp offers a variety of forms handling solutions such as folding machines, electric cutters, check signers, bursters, decollators and collators.  These machines increase productivity by automating what would have otherwise be manual tasks.  Below are some of the models we have.

The Martin Yale CV-7 is designed for the low volume user.  It handles paper sizes up to 9" x 14" and will fold up to 5,000, 8½ x 11 sheets per hour.

The Martin Yale 1217 is designed for the mid volume user.  It handles paper sizes up to 11" x 17" and will fold up to 10,300, 8½ x 11 sheets per hour.

The Duplo DF-505 with its built in counter was designed for regualr or cross folding applications.  It folds at speeds up to 7,200 pieces per hour.  The feed will hold a ream of paper up to 11" x 17".

The Duplo DF-520 is a programmable high volume folder and is designed for regular or cross folding applications.  The feeder will hold a ream of 11" and 17" paper, with speeds up to 9,000 pieces per hour.

The Martin Yale 950 tabletop decollator separates carbonless or carbon continuous form paper at speeds of up to 110 feet per minute. It is capable of handling paper weights from 10# to 110# and sizes from 3" to 16" wide.

The Duplo DC-8 automatically collates paper at speeds of up to 2,100 sets per hour. It features easy to use push button controls which can collate mixed paper sizes for 5" x 8" to 11" x 17". Each collation bin holds up to 200 sheets of paper. It can be connected to bookletmaker trimmer to automate booklet making.
